We want you to know what it's going to cost you before you commit to having work done. We will as far as possible quote you on the telephone, so that you know what something is likely to cost. We will charge for our time, and charge for parts at cost plus 10%.

We promise that we will be competitive in our pricing

We will never be the most expensive.

Sometimes we will be the cheapest price available in the market- typically, we will charge between 40 and 70 pounds depending on the amount of time the repair takes.

We will not rip you off- we promise- in fact

If we can't economically repair your computer, we'll pay you 10 pounds just for wasting your time!

With a 'No Fix No Fee' guarantee for your complete peace of mind.  We specialise in evening and weekend repairs so you can get the service at home or business when you need it. We don't charge for call out.

We will never carry out work that isn't necessary, and we'll tell you honestly if something isn't worth repairing.
