About Fix My Broken Computer

Formed in 2008, we formed the business as we were disgusted at the level of computer service and pricing that we received locally. We have recruited highly competent technicians who have a stake in the business. It is in everyone's interest to make sure that we give exceptional customer service. We want to make sure you are happy so you will perhaps come back to us and also to let your friends and family know about us.

Partners

The business is owned primarily by two partners. Glenn Hughes is a former PLC board director with over 10 years computer experience. Sammy Galang is the other business partner. Sammy is nothing short of a computer genius (though he's far too modest to say that himself). Technically highly advanced, Sammy  covers most of the evening computer repair callouts. Phillipino by birth, Sammy  lives locally in Bridgend with his wife and young family. Sammy can be contacted using the same numbers.

We also have access to a range of specialists who work with us whenever the need arises. They work on the same basis- they share the profit of the business according to their input- they are self employed as well- everyone therefore has an interest in making sure the customer is properly supported at all times

Communication

• We believe in simple communication. We will let you know at all times how your repair is progressing. If we need to order parts, will will let you know how long things will take and also how much things will cost. We will usually be amongst the cheapest prices locally- we work from home to keep overheads low and pass the savings on to you in cheaper prices.
•  We promise that we will not use difficult technical jargon when dealing with you. We will use plain English so you understand what is happening. When your repair is completed, we will let you know the steps that you can take to avoid the problem from happening again.
• We work when you need us to- if evenings or a weekend suits you better, that's when we will arrange to come to see you. You are in control- we never forget that customers make paydays happen
